Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made at least 5 working days in advance of booking. Any cancellations made after will result in the forfeit of your deposit. This is to ensure that the studio can stay fully booked each day.

Minimum Age Policy

There is no minimum age on any Sing Factory gift vouchers and bookings.

Returns

All sales of Sing factory vouchers are final and non-refundable.
